Returns & Refunds

Every All Day In Nature shirt is printed after you order. Please review the size chart, color and order details before checkout.

Size, color and change of mind

We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges because the size or color you selected is not right for you, or because you change your mind.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered, email legal@alldayinnature.com promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos. Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery so we can investigate with our production partner. This reporting request does not limit any longer period or other rights required by law.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an eligible claim. You normally do not need to return a defective item. Please do not send anything to us or the production facility unless we give you instructions.

Before choosing a size

Lay a shirt that fits well flat and compare its width and length with the garment measurements on the product page. Adult and youth shirts have different size charts. We do not recommend automatically sizing up; choose using the measurements and your preferred fit.

Refunds

When we approve a refund, we will tell you the amount and next steps. Customer refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Your rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods and any cancellation or return rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
